O trabalho consiste num loop onde etiquetas com a palavra “etiqueta” impressa são coladas umas sobre as outras num ato de etiquetar a etiqueta. Essas etiquetas são sobrepostas de maneira que sempre se possa ler parte da palavra anterior. Ficam resquícios da etiqueta anterior sob uma nova etiqueta que deveria explicar, definir, sua cópia subsequente. O objetivo era mostrar a incompletude dos significados e, ao mesmo tempo, forçar a imaginação na busca por significações ou ressignificações.

The work consists of a loop where labels with the word “label” printed on them are glued on top of each other in the act of labeling the label. These labels are superimposed so that part of the previous word can always be read. Remnants of the previous label remain under a new label that should explain, define, its subsequent copy. The objective was to show the incompleteness of meanings and, at the same time, force the imagination in the search for meanings or resignifications.
